Miami OH is 8-5 this season but the team has won 6 of its last 7 games. The Redhawks have been very inconsistent but they still have a winning record. QB Brett Gabbert is not very solid with the 53.7% completion of his passes, 2163 passing yards, 11 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. Running backs duo Jaylon Bester and Tyre Shelton is doing a great job moving the chains. Bester has 689 rushing yards while Shelton is adding 528 and 14 touchdowns combined.
UL Lafayette is 10-3 and the Ragin Cajuns had a much difficult schedule than Miami OH. They are in a tougher conference and finished 1st in Sun Belt. The team is constantly doing damage on offense, averaging nearly 39 points per game while allowing just 20. I know that the spread might look a bit high but UL Lafayette deserves it. They are averaging 200 yards more than the opposition and the defense is giving up less. I think it is only right to side with the Rajin Cajuns to cover the spread.
