The Steelers started the season with an odd tie against the Cleveland Browns. Big Ben threw for 335 yards with a touchdown and 3 interceptions on 23 of 41 passing. He played okay but the bad passes he threw made him look unconvincing. James Conner (the LeVeon Bell’s backup) had a breakout game for Pittsburgh with 31 carries for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns. JuJu Smith Schuster had 119 receiving yards while Antonio Brown added 93 yards and a touchdown.
Kansas managed to defeat the bookies’ favorites Los Angeles Chargers on the road by 38-28. Patrick Mahomes had a solid game, throwing for 256 yards and 4 touchdowns. Tyreek Hill seems to be playing with a different speed at the moment. He had 7 catches for 169 yards and 2 touchdowns. Defensively, the Chiefs don’t look solid but they make plays when needed.
Ben Roethlisberger seems to be a different quarterback when playing at home and I expect him to bounce back from the unconvincing performance he had last Sunday. These two great offenses will go head to head and I believe this will be a high-scoring game with the Steelers prevail in the second half.
