We can’t really take anything out of this game because the Tigers’ defense is outstanding and it kept the RB Christian Beal-Smith to just 29 rushing yards on 11 carries. QB Sam Hartman completed just above 50% of his passes for 182 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 picks.
NC State will play its first game this week, so both teams are enigmas to the public audience. Last season, they had an okayish offense that was averaging 229 passing yards and 151 rushing yards per game. However, on the defensive side, the Wolfpack struggled a lot more.
