Tulsa suffered their third straight defeat when they visited Temple 2 weeks ago. Tulsa had 5 turnovers, leading to a pair of Temple touchdowns. Tulsa outscored their opponents in total offense by 403-300 yards, even though they lost. The Golden Hurricane are 106th in passing offense with 181 yards per game but they are better on the ground with 209.5 yards per game. They’re averaging 24 points per game and allowing 28.8 points. Luke Skipper is 68 of 116 passing for 716 yards with four touchdowns and six interceptions while adding 156 yards plus a score on the ground.

Houston have one of the best offenses in the FBS this season. Their only loss was in a shootout against Texas Tech- 63-49. You simply can’t expect the Tulsa defense to be able to contain Houston’s weapons in this one. The Cougars should roll to the victory in this one to improve to 4-1.
