The Pittsburgh Steelers have a 2-0 perfect start to the preseason. They are coming off a great 17-7 win over the Kansas City Chiefs with Joshua Dobbs throwing 6 of 11 passes for 95 yards. The other two quarterbacks also had big games. Devlin Hodges threw a touchdown pass while Mason Rudolph had 77 passing yards. Defensively, Pittsburgh looked very good and their linemen forced many sacks.
The Tennessee Titans will try to rebound from their 17-22 loss to the Patriots. Ryan Tannehill, who was once a big NFL prospect, is now the backup QB behind Marcus Mariota and he finished 7 of 11 in passing and he went for 84 yards. Mariota played a bit in the first quarter and he threw a touchdown passes. Alex Barnes rushed for 42 yards on 7 carries and the defense played really well, even though it allowed 22 points against the Patriots’ second and third string players.
Pittsburgh managed to get 2 wins in the preseason but they haven’t played outside of their home field. Tennessee have very talented quarterbacks and I expect them to bounce back with a win. Moreover, they will be at home and Tannehill will get many reps.
