QB Spencer Rattler looked really inconsistent as he threw the ball 41 times and completed 30 passes for 387 yards, 4 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions. The defense gave up 400 total yards and the Wildcats were able to move the chains at will, even though their QB was asked to throw the football just 25 times.
Iowa State is also 1-1 and the Cyclones are not impressing us with anything so far. QB Brock Purdy is completing just 59% of his passes for 356 yards. He also has just a single touchdown on his resume and it seems that the coaching staff does not trust him enough. RB Breece Hall is the leading force on offense as he is averaging over 100 rushing yards per game and he also has 4 touchdowns.
Iowa State is not good throwing the ball and I believe this will suit Oklahoma. The Sooners will only have to limit the yards they allow on the run and if they do that, the win will come easily.
