In NFL Preseason Week 1, we will see New York Jets at New York Giants.
Betting Prediction:
The New York Jets start their preseason with a game against the Giants. Sam Darnold is expected to take the next step and become the face of the franchise. We all know that the defense is solid and Adam Gase, who is a defensive-minded head coach, has done a tremendous job in that regard. They improved their running game, taking some of the pressure off Sam Darnold, by signing one of the best running backs in the league – Le’Veon Bell.
The Giants’ fanbase in disappointed since their management decided to trade Odell Beckham Jr. and keep Eli Manning. Daniel Jones, who was their first-round pick, will take many snaps in the game and it will be interesting to see how he will face the pressure and how he will respond to it. The offensive line was improved and the defense will certainly be better since last year.
The Jets will give many snaps to Sam Darnold and Le’Veon Bell, in order to make a bond between them and I believe that they will contribute big time. Daniel Jones hasn’t convinced me that he can be a starting quarterback and the Jets defense will get the best of him.
