In MLB World Series Game 7, we will see Washington Nationals (M. Scherzer -R) at Houston Astros (Z. Greinke -R).
Betting Prediction:
The Nationals won the first two games of the series before coming back home and trailing 2-3. The Nationals managed to recover from this and force a game 7 in Houston after winning game 6 on Tuesday. Just three days after his last game, Max Scherzer is expected to start in game 7 as well. He is the one who started game 1 and allowed just 2 runs, in order to help his team win the first game of the series.
On the other mound we will see Zack Greinke playing. He has been very inconsistent throughout this postseason with an ERA of 5.30 during the playoffs compared to 2.93 in the regular season. He played in game 3 of the series where he participated in 4.2 innings, giving up just one run. Juan Soto has been the best batter in the series with a batting average of .304 and knocking 6 RBIs.
The Nationals’ backs will again be against the walls. They are playing well under pressure and given the fact that Scherzer is certainly the better pitcher, I will back them to win it all.
