The Michigan Wolverines conceded 3 losses this year but it can be considered a good one. They only lost to Penn State, Wisconsin and Ohio State and Jim Harbaugh finally got a win over Michigan State. It was a convincing one, 44-10 and he also beat Notre Dame early in the season. QB Shea Patterson completes 57% of his throws for 2828 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions while RB Zach Charbonnet is adding 642 rushing yards on the ground and 11 touchdowns.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are 10-2 and this is the first time since long ago that they are out of the top 5. The team lost to LSU and Auburn this season and this is mainly because Tua was injured throughout the most of the season. He still had a good campaign, finishing with 2840 passing yards, 33 touchdowns, and only 3 interceptions. The defense, however, is suspect and it is the cause of their defeats.
No matter how bad Alabama’s defense is, it still has Nick Saban to coach it. Patterson will need his arm the whole game, in order to beat the Crimson Tide because I am 100% sure that Charbonnet won’t go over 100 rushing yards as he has done this only once this season. Alabama is the better side and the team will want to finish the season with a victory.
