The Dodgers could’ve easily swept the Braves if it wasn’t for the great game of Acuna in game 3, in order to force the series to a fourth game. Clayton Kershaw will start for them as he is 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA this postseason. The Brewers will certainly be a tougher test than Atlanta but LA showed that they can beat them in the regular season, winning the last 2 games between them. In their last game, the Dodgers even exploded for 21 runs.
The Brewers are expected to start with Chaucin at the mound, however, they’re using their bullpen for the entire game and this should be the case on Friday as well. They have 11 wins in a row at the moment but they will face their biggest test in game 1. They haven’t met a pitcher like Kershaw and their bullpen certainly hasn’t faced such good batters in this run. Milwaukee’s pitching has come up clutch just when the team needed it in the playoffs.
Given the fact that the Brewers don’t have much experience in the playoffs, I believe that the Dodgers will win this battle with Kershaw having a perfect game again.
