UCLA showed last season that they have a lot of similarly matching QBs. Whoever you put up front, he is going to deliver. QB Thompson-Robinson will miss the first couple of games for undisclosed reasons but the receiving corp is back and better than ever. This is what UCLA is known for, even though the defense had some great games last season as well.

Expect the Bruins to throw long passes to their receivers and thus, neutralize the good Hawaii front. Whoever starts at QB for UCLA will tear the Hawaii defense apart while the Bruins‘ defense should only be focused on stopping the run. If they do that well enough, UCLA will get away with the win, covering the spread.
