It wasn’t a very good season for Ball State who are standing at just 4-7. They managed to get a notable win at home over a much better team such as Western Michigan in their last game. Before that, they lost each one of their previous 3 games by 22 points or more. Ball State‘s defense is terrible and in this one, their offense might struggle as well since Plitt will be going up against the best defense in the conference.
Miami OH started the season with three consecutive losses but then they found themselves and now they are sitting at 5-6. They need the win in this one but I’m sure that it won’t come easily against a side that just had its best game of the year. Gus Ragland is not the best thrower in the game but he rarely makes any turnovers and this could give them the edge here.
