Betting Prediction:
Boise State probably doesn’t have a chance anymore to get to the top four after they lost to Wyoming 30-28. Jeremy McNichols rushed for 153 yards on just 16 carries against Hawaii. Brett Rypien completed 18 of 22 passes for 338 yards and two of his touchdown passes went to Thomas Sperbeck who had five catches for 114 yards. Rypien rushed for another touchdown, being the most valuable player on the field.
UNLV are coming off a win and now they stand at 4-6. Kurt Palandech threw for 252 yards, three touchdowns on 20-of-32 passes. He used all of his receivers in this game as every one of them had at least one catch. Palandech added 158 yards on the ground as well.
Boise State has been unstoppable on offense and no one, except Wyoming, slowed them down. I expect McNichols to have another great game against an 80th ranked defense, allowing over 400 yards per game. But I also believe Palandech will have his say on the final score and UNLV won’t lose by more than 28.
