Betting Prediction:
Texas A&M were ranked 6th at a point during the regular season but they couldn’t recover from the loss they took to Alabama and then they lost 3 more consecutive games. The Aggies have so much talent on both sides of the ball, especially on offense. QB Trevor Knight is back in the lineup after missing a couple of games last month. He will have to be at his best, however, if he wants to hurt Kansas State’s secondary with his arm.
The Wildcats are very talented on defense where Jordan Willis is the main playmaker with 11.5 sacks. QB Jesse Ertz is more of a running threat as he has rushed for a team high 945 yards and 10 touchdowns while throwing just 8 touchdown passes for this season.
Texas A&M is clearly the better team with the more talent but the Aggies have to show it on Wednesday. I believe they will give us a hint or two about what they will look like next year and they will remind us that they once appeared as a team challenging Alabama in the SEC West.
