The running game was missing against the Wildcats and that’s the main reason Purdue lost. Minnesota is a super interesting case. They have the talent to be in the top 25 but instead, they are 1-3 after losing to Michigan, Maryland, and Iowa. Their only victory came against Illinois but against elite opponents, their defense has been a disaster. It is allowing 35.8 points per game which is one of the worst in the whole country and they are only relying on their ground game, in order to keep them competitive in the games.
I personally like Minnesota’s roster a lot but it just does not impress me so far. Purdue looks so much confident and even though the game is on the road, the Boilermakers should be able to score enough points to win the game.
