Betting Prediction:

Patricia Maria continues with a superb performance in Seoul. After the victory over Marina Erakovic 2-6, 7-5, 6-4 in the first round and over Kirsten Flipkens with 2:0 sets in next round, she defeated Sara Sorribes Tormo 7-6 (2), 2-6, 6-3 on 1/4-finals. Romanian won a difficult first set and in the second played very bad. But she braced herself and showed a perfect game in the third set to win it and fight for a place in the final.

Lara Arruabarrena eliminates one of the favorites for the title in Seoul Johanna Larsson 6-4, 6-0. It was quite a convincing success for the Spaniard compared to games of the second round against Louisa Chirico, which beat the 2:1 sets.

Arruabarrena qualified for the first time for the semifinals of the tournament since June, when she reached 1/2-finals in Marseille on clay. She failed to pass this phase but now has an excellent opportunity to do so.
