Betting Prediction:

The New York Guardians caused an upset last week when they beat the Wildcats. Nobody expected them to do so and a key part of the success played Luis Perez. He replaced Matt McGloin as the starting QB due to an injury and he played very efficiently. He completed 18 of his 26 throws for 150 yards, 1 touchdown, and no interceptions. RB Darius Victor is playing very well so far this season, rushing for 180 yards on just 30 carries. Unfortunately, he does not have any touchdowns on his resume but he is doing very well in moving the chains.

The Dallas Renegades are on a totally different page at the moment. They lost Landry Jones in their loss against the Houston Roughnecks and he is expected to miss at least two weeks. Philipp Nelson will take his place and his only start came in week 1 when Dallas lost 15-9. He did not play that terribly but the offense looks much different from Jones calling the plays. Dallas have the advantage to use Cameron Artis-Payne who is averaging 5.3 yards per carry and he has rushed for 216 yards so far this season. He also has 2 rushing touchdowns. TE Donald Parham is probably the best receiving tight end in the league and his numbers do not lie. He has 273 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns this season.

The Renegades are the favorites here and the game will be played under their own turf but the absence of Jones will certainly hit them badly. New York showed that they can surprise us and I expect the same approach as last week- solid rushing attack and efficient passes.
