Betting Prediction:

Michigan State is 6-6 and this season has not been as good as the previous ones. The Spartans have not beaten any elite opposition this year and they lost the rivalry game to Michigan, 44-10. The team has trouble moving the chains on offense and it is averaging just 24 points per game while it is also allowing 22. The only team with a winning record that they beat was Indiana but I am not sure if this win can make any case for them prior to the bowl game.

Wake Forest, on the other side, is 8-4 but they are following a loss against Syracuse, 39-30. QB Sam Hartman threw for 350 passing yards, 2 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions while Cade Carney added 54 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. As a team, Wake Forest is averaging nearly 33 points per game on offense and giving up 29.3 points on defense.

Both Wake Forest and Michigan State have not impressed us this year. This will be a battle of two struggling teams that can only beat teams with losing records. The Demon Deacons are on a worse roll at the moment with their 3 losses out of 4 games and I believe that their morale will be decreased with the bowl game knocking on the door.
