Chiefs at Rams is the game everyone is expecting to watch. Both offenses are very good and they are all lead by exceptional young quarterbacks. The Los Angeles Rams are averaging 33.5 points per game while the Chiefs are the second-ranked team in the NFL with 35.3.
Todd Gurley is also having a fantastic season. He once again went for over 100 yards against Seattle and I expect him to have a big game here again. Cooper Kupp is injured and McVay will certainly make some adjustments to his offense. This could be considered good short-term because the Rams will certainly surprise the Chiefs.
Arizona showed that the Chiefs can be slowed down if they play tough on defense but the Rams are lacking such personnel. The Chiefs’ wide receivers are very good and the offense is also featuring one of the best tight ends in the game- Travis Kelce. Combine this with the near perfect play calling by Andy Reid and Mahomes’ skills, you will certainly have an offense that you do not want to face.
I believe this will be a shootout and both offenses will have fun going at each other play after play. I expect this to go down to the wire but history shows that the Rams’ defense can make stops when needed while the Chiefs can’t.
