Betting Prediction:
We still haven’t seen Andrew Luck winning a game against the Jets. He has already played them three times and he lost all of these games. Andrew Luck didn’t play against the Steelers on Thanksgiving and we saw the Colts lose the game pretty easily. The Jets, who won 10 games last year, lost at home to the Patriots last week, 22-17. Tom Brady’s late touchdown drive won the game for the Patriots but overall the Jets’ defense had a solid game.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is having an embarrassing season and New York is still waiting for him to return to his usual self that we saw last year. Matt Forte is expected to carry the load on offense early on because he is facing the 23rd ranked rushing defense. On the other side, Frank Gore won’t have a big game as we used to see him have because he is facing one of the best defenses against the run in the NFL and Andrew Luck will have to throw the ball more than he would like to.
Darrelle Revis and the Jets’ secondary will have an important task, to keep T.Y. Hilton off the ball and I think they will do just well. The Jets will help spoil the Colts’ season by beating them on Monday Night Football.
