Betting Prediction:
Georgia Tech is trying to run away from itself. The option offense will be changed to a more balanced one and the defense will try to put more pressure on the opposition’s quarterback than usual. The defensive line looks good on paper and the rushing attack should also be decent. There are questions about the quarterback while the secondary is a work in process but the talent is there.
While Georgia Tech is rebuilding, Clemson will try to show us that it is now a better program than Alabama. After beating them 44-16 in the Championship game and keeping their key players, the Tigers will be in for another great season. Trevor Lawrence has the talent that we haven’t seen since Andrew Luck played college. The defense is very aggressive and has the ability to put pressure on the entire opposition’s offense.
Georgia Tech has the ability to put some points early on and they will overall have a good season, however, there is no stopping Clemson, especially, in the second half. I believe that the Tigers will run away with the win easily and Trevor Lawrence will have another big game.
