The Red Wolves fell consecutively to Toledo, Auburn, Utah State and last week to Central Arkansas. They are struggling against the run, allowing 239 yards compared to their 80 yards so far. This is great news for Georgia Southern as their style fits the way Arkansas is playing. The Eagles’ style is based on the running game and controlling the clock, not allowing their defense to be on the field for much time. The Red Wolves have been more impressive with their offense, although it is one-dimensional and their quarterback doesn’t have star potential.
