The Indianapolis Colts had Super Bowl aspirations at the beginning of the year but they all disappeared with the retirement of Andrew Luck. They are still a very balanced football team with a great offensive line. It is doing a great job protecting QB Jacoby Brissett who has 10 touchdown passes so far, 911 passing yards and 2 interceptions. Marlon Mach is doing a great job from the backfield, averaging 4.7 yards per carry and a total of 338 rushing yards.
On the other side, we have probably the best team in football at the moment and the most talented head coach-quarterback duo in the league. Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes managed to outsmart another opponent last Sunday. They beat Detroit Lions in the final seconds of the game due to a great last-minute run by Mahomes. He has thrown for 1510 passing yards, 10 touchdowns and 0 interceptions this year.
The Chiefs’ defense hasn’t been very solid so far and the 10-point line here is big. I certainly think that Kansas will win this one and they are playing at home. The Colts, however, showed that they are vulnerable to trick plays and we all know how good Mahomes and Reid are at these.
