In a game from World Series, we will see Boston Red Sox at Los Angeles Dodgers.
Betting Prediction:
The Red Sox didn’t look like themselves on Friday at least offensively and they will be looking to bounce back with a good performance in game 4. They scored 12 runs in the first two games combined but managed to record just 2 in the previous one. Chris Sale pitched in game 1 and there were many rotations last night at the mound, so the likeliest starter is Drew Pomeranz who struggled during the season, finishing 2-6 with a 6.08 ERA.
The 35-year old veteran Hill will start as the Dodgers’ pitcher on Saturday. He will hope to replicate the Buehler’s performance from Friday when he helped his team avoid a 0-3 hole in the series. LA’s offense is still a big concern but I expect them to have a breakthrough game against a second string pitcher.
The Dodgers won 5 of their last 6 playoff games. I expect them to do well here, especially if they got off to a hot start offensively like they used to do in the regular season. I believe Hill has the experience to at least limit the harm Boston can do.
