In NFL Preseason Week 3, we will see Buffalo Bills at Detroit Lions.
Betting Prediction:
The Buffalo Bills are 2-0 in the preseason and their offense is free-flowing. This is mainly due to the fact that Josh Allen is playing a lot. Matt Barkley and Tyree Jackson also play decently while their backup receiving core is doing a tremendous job this year. The team beat both the Colts 24-16 and the Panthers 27-14 consecutively in the first two weeks before the season starts.
The Detroit Lions, on the other side, are 0-2 during the preseason. They started their campaign with an awful 31-3 loss to the New England Patriots where they were able to just score a field goal. The Lions showed offensive prowess in the next game against the Houston Texans but still fell 23-30.
The Bills showed that they can compete and the QB picture is a lot better. On the Lions’ side, except for Matt Stafford, there are a bunch of underachievers such as Josh Johnson and David Fales. Tom Savage is not playing a lot and this is visible. He has thrown just 3 passes for the first 2 weeks and I do not expect to see him in week 3 as well. We will be in for another Detroit’s loss as far as I am concerned.
