The Tennessee Titans thought they can regroup against the Ravens after they lost narrowly to the Bills. However, that wasn’t the case and they were dismantled by Baltimore. Their offense did not get going for the whole game. Marcus Mariota managed to get just 7 first downs and 106 total yards. Tennessee’s passing game is one of the worst in the NFL, averaging just 162 yards per game. The quarterback Marcus Mariota is completing 63.6 percent of his passes for 793 yards with two touchdowns and four interceptions for the Titans.
The Chargers, on the other hand, destroyed the Oakland Raiders by 38-14 in a game where they recorded the jaw breaking 449 total yards on offense. They have the pieces to win the game on Sunday. Melvin Gordon will be hoping to have a similar game like his last one when he rushed for 132 with three touchdowns.
The Titans need to bounce back and I believe that Mariota will have a better overall game against a leaky defense like the Chargers’ one. However, Philip Rivers should be able to tear Tennessee apart at home and he should be able to cover the spread. Given the fact that the Chargers are one of the best offensive teams in the NFL, I also think that the over/under pick is a little bit low and the teams can cover it.
