Since the 49ers lost Jimmy Garoppolo with a torn ACL three weeks ago, they are nothing but a mess. They had high hopes after finishing last season on the high but this season they’re struggling to find rhythm both on offense and defense. Even the Arizona Cardinals beat them with ease last Sunday at San Francisco. Josh Rosen tore them apart with an offense that is struggling to score all season long and now they’re going to face Aaron Rodgers. Things don’t get much better.
The Packers, on the other side, don’t have the start of the season they all had in mind. In their last game they allowed 31 points to the Lions but they can all blame Mason Cosby for the loss who had trouble kicking the ball. If it wasn’t for him, we could’ve had a different topic today with the Packers prevailing in Detroit.
The Packers have so much more to offer on offense and I think that this is the best time for them to showcase their talent against a shaky side coming to town without their starting quarterback. I believe that the Packers will cover the spread with ease.
