Ben Roethlisberger will miss the big game against the Patriots on Sunday and this will turn Landry Jones into a starting quarterback. The Steelers will run the ball much more as Le’Veon Bell and DeAngelo Williams will have the ball in their hands for most of the time. The Patriots, however, are one of the best teams, exploiting one-dimensional offenses. Antonio Brown can make plays but he has to be given the ball by Jones which will not happen so often against the Patriots.
The Steelers’ defense has been slowing the team down as they allow many points and their offense just can’t keep up. Now they will have to face Tom Brady who is on a mission to win every single game left on the schedule as he missed the first four games due to suspension. Gronkowski will be in the starting line-up and LeGarette Blount will run the Steelers’ front seven ragged when needed. Missing Big Ben will be crucial to the outcome of Sunday’s game which makes me believe the Patriots won’t have any problems getting the W in Pittsburgh.
