Duke rolled to an easy win on Saturday over Appalachian State by 93-58 but Grayson Allen injured himself during the game. He scored 21 points that night in the first half before suffering a toe injury early in the second half.
Duke is scoring in bunches and Mike Krzyzewski’s offense is floating right now.
