Eastern Michigan started the season 4-1 but they have been very inconsistent since that moment, losing 3 of their last 4 games. Brogan Roback is the only positive happening on offense for Eastern Michigan, throwing for over 300 yards in 3 consecutive games but their defense allowed 405 yards last week to Miami Ohio.
Ball State are in a position to become a bowl contender if they win two of their next 3 games. Their offense struggles very much but James Gilbert is their leading rusher with 1142 yards on his resumé.
