The Los Angeles Chargers are finally back on track. This is a must-win game for both sides because they are battling for the second spot in the AFC West which may eventually give them a wildcard spot. The Chargers surprised everybody by beating the Packers on Sunday after a great running game. Philipp Rivers was not asked to do much and Green Bay did not have any answers for the running game, even though they have great linebackers and defensive ends.
The Oakland Raiders played all over the globe in the past month and they are finally back home. The Raiders managed to beat the Lions last time out after losing the previous two games against Green Bay and Houston. The team is well coached and Jon Gruden seems to like Derek Carr and vice versa. Carr is having one of his greatest seasons in his career, completing 71% of his throws for 1984 yards, 13 touchdowns and 4 interceptions.
The Raiders have a very good defense against the run and I doubt that Los Angeles will be able to run the ball like they did against Green Bay. Oakland is playing with tons of confidence at the moment and I expect them to win and the game to have many points.
