Georgia Southern are also depending on the run as they are the 10th best team at rushing in the country. They are averaging over 50 carries per game. Their defense has been overachieving this year, except for the games against Western Michigan and Georgia Tech. Their linebacker Ironhead Gallon is leading the defense to outstanding performances, mostly forcing punts for the opposition.
